The tip... We talked over the last few weeks about freezes, blue screens, not shutting down and new drivers.  Often to download and install a new driver you will need a "zip" program.  If you have one already, great.  If not, we are partial to Winzip.  It costs $29 dollars although you can download and use it forever without paying.  We like paying:  people who make good stuff like Winzip should get paid.  If you want to try it, go to http://www.winzip.com and download the evaluation version.  Using it is not hard but can be a little tricky.  Let us know if you need any assistance that might be a next tech tip.
